This pass gives you access to our Flex Classes from Jan 10th- March 14th in order to complete our 8-week Strength Training Program. You will also have access to baseline testing, which will take place on Saturday, January 10th 2026 and Final testing will be on March 14th, 2026. Testing is for 1RM on the following lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead press, and Pullup. For best results, you should plan for a 3-4 day training commitment throughout the program. Make sure to sign up for baseline testing soon, you will receive an email with your exact testing spot 48 hours before the testing date.

Terms and Conditions:
1. Membership is only valid for Flex classes between Jan 10th-March 14th, 2026

2. Must sign up at least 1 hour before class.

3. No shows to class results in a $25 charge.

4. Late cancels to class (under 10 hours before start time) results in a $25 late fee.

5. Classes under 2 members will be cancelled.

6. Must follow all PHNX household/cleaning policies

7. If you show up to class more than 5 minutes late and you may be denied entry to class

8. Non-refundable after Jan 12th, 2026
