This special intro offer will let you sample the many different classes we provide and give you a good sense of the space and community as well as what kinds of activities you might like. We encourage you to try a little of everything! You can also drop into as many Open Gyms as you like (but try not to go too hard too quickly because recovery time is important when you're doing a bunch of new movements).
