Membership Policies:

1. No Refunds: This 3-month membership is non-refundable, non-returnable.
2. At the end of the three-month term, your membership will AUTO RENEW at the current pay in full rate unless canceled 30-days before the billing date. Email hendersonLV@verticafitness.com to cancel.

Class Attendance Policy:

To avoid a $15 fee, please cancel any class you cannot attend at least 12 hours in advance. In case of an emergency, simply text your location—we’re here to help.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel, you must email hendersonLV@verticafitness.com 30 days before your next billing date.
If you cancel late, your card will still be charged, and no refund will be issued. No text, DM, voicemail, or in person request will be accepted.
