This no-commitment membership gets you...

• Unlimited (1x per day) in-person group fitness classes over a 4 week period at the Beach location
• 15-minute check-ins/strategy calls (in-person or via telephone or Zoom)
• Bring a friend for free, 1x class pass

MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
• You can add a hold for up to 4 weeks once every 6 months.  Any additional holds up to 4 weeks can be accommodated, but there is a $25+HST admin fee.
• Late cancellations (under 1hr) or no shows will mean you lose the class credit for that day.
• This membership will automatically renew every 4 weeks until the membership is cancelled
• No commitment necessary but you must give us 28 days written notice to cancel
