-Refomer Pilates Group Classes 16 times per month. $17.5/class (reg $40/class) and 16 classes/month. Billed every month. Leftover classes do not roll over month to month.

- In the event that the “Member” and/or “Buyer” wishes to cancel his/her membership, he/she shall give thirty (30) days notice of cancellation of this agreement to the Sliving Studios Inc. where the membership is held.

- Grip socks are required for all reformer classes due to safety protection. If you don't have grip socks, we sell them at the studio for $10/pair.

- Sales are final. No refunds will be provided once the membership is purchased.
