- If all 10 classes are not used within 3 months, any unused sessions will expire. A new 10-class package will then be billed for the next 3-month period or until the new sessions are used.

Late Cancel/No Show Policy:

• Class Count Members:

  • Late Cancel (cancel online less than 12 hours prior to class time): Loss of session

  • No Show (absence without an online cancellation) : Loss of session AND $20 fee charged to credit card on file.

• Unlimited Members:

  • Late Cancel (cancel online less than 12 hours prior to class time): $10 fee charged to credit card on file

  • No Show (absence without an online cancellation): $20 fee charged to credit card on file.
