Paid monthly for a 3-month term. The plan auto-renews every 3 months. Early cancellation will incur a $20 per month fee.
Credits do not roll over month to month.  
Membership Cancellation: Requires a written 7-day notice before the end of the 3 month term.
Holds: A 14-day hold is permitted up to 2 times in a calendar year. A written 7-day notice before your next billing cycle is required. The membership will be automatically resumed and payment processed after 14 days.
