Our physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual bodies are imbued with wisdom, potential, and the magic power of creation. In this workshop, we will explore how movement and mindfulness—when channeled with intention—can allow us to manifest self-healing, joy, and expansion in our lives.
Through a combination of QiGong energetic movement, guided meditations, conversation, and lecture, we will learn how the energy systems in our bodies and minds can work together to support our growth and evolution. The workshop will close with a guided self-healing practice, teaching students how to channel their own innate healing powers to unblock limiting beliefs, negative energies, and stuck traumas.
