At Sound Method we believe in supporting healthy aging for all of our students. At every age we can facilitate strength, balance, stamina, vitality and a positive attitude. Special classes on our daytime schedule are geared specifically toward building wellness for seniors in a fun and intelligent way. The instructors for these special classes have special training and experience in working with aging bodies. We are prepared accomodate students with limitations to help them get the most of their time on the mat.
