The Regular Yogi Membership gets you into 12 sessions of the “Yoga 101”, “Yoga for Every Body”, “Restore”, “Midweek Mindfulness”, “Meditation” or “Don't Throw Your Back Out” classes so that you can enjoy the many benefits that a regular Yoga practice can provide.
If you sign up for 2-3 classes per week for the 4 weeks per month, that's up to 10-12 total sessions every month to stretch, tone, or improve your overall movement or mood!
