Now she has recorded meditations of all types. Most are 5-20 minutes, but some up to an hour. These meditation are suitable for beginner's, someone wanting variety, or looking for the most suitable type.
Most people say the can't meditate because their mind won't stop thinking. Concentration meditation is the solution. Instead of trying to make the mind blank, you give it a task. Anything that is a singular focus is a meditation, like knitting, creating art, or even a spreadsheet. Improving concentration is hugely beneficial! Improved time management, productivity, less worry and anxiety...the list goes on and on.
