Make progress towards your body composition goals with our individualized 8-week nutrition program.
You'll receive 10 lessons for each of four two-week habits. Habits will be based on your responses to an intake questionnaire and will guide you to make improvements in a few key nutritional areas.
Since the scale rarely tells a useful story—it only shows how much you weigh and doesn't take into account body fat or muscle mass changes—our pre- and post-program testing will occur using the BodPod. This method will provide accurate data to show if you're moving in the right direction, whether or not the scale agrees.
