OSPM Training Programs occur at a 4-Week cycle, with subscription re-newel occurring every 4 weeks.
Intro Training Program is designed to supplement the training regimes of those athletes hoping to elevate their game.
The clients will receive:
- Choice of 2 Sessions: either Technical or Strength Training (Weekly)
- Progress Report 2 x per Month
- Mental Strength Class
- Video Editing
- Player Profile on OPSM Database
