Yoga is a safe, gentle and grounding practice for baby growing mamas. Pairing breath with movement helps build body awareness and acceptance, creating deeper connection with a transforming body. Prenatal classes are designed to strengthen the muscles used in labor, to stretch muscles that get stiff and sore from lack of mobility and to encourage rest and relaxation.
