This pass gives you access to 14 Virtual Zoom rides for the fall 2020 season from September 14th to December 17th. You must book each session online or by using the free mobile app before joining. Sessions can be booked at any time. With this pass, each workout is only $12. The cost for drop-ins is $15.
There are a total of 42 sessions available over a 14 week period from Sept 14th to Dec 17th. There are three workouts each week on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
Weekday workouts are 90 minutes in duration with medium to high intensity intervals and focused on building power, strength, and threshold. They will be every Monday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
Weekend workouts are 2 hours in duration and focused on aerobic endurance with moderate intervals every Saturday morning from 8:30am to 10:30am.
This pass is not transferable, it is only valid for the fall 2020 season.
