Cycling with Get Kristen Fit is not comparable to any other indoor cycling class you have experienced. Get ready to RIDE. 2 classes per week are intense and one class per week *(coming soon!) is for fun feel good energy and movement at a lower intensity. Join from any indoor bike, we coach to exertion on a 1-10 scale (and also coach to RPM for those for have it).

This is the class everyone needs. This is your “active recovery “ day. This is your post game day protocol. This is for when you want to “move” and feel good and refreshed but don’t want to overdo it and cause unnecessary stress on your body. Programmed to be just the correct amount of movement, resistance, and aerobic work to flush lactic acid, loosen up stiff joints, and get just enough of a sweat on, while still providing the physical benefits of a recovery day!
