The classes are 1 hour long. Each day of the week will be a different focus; Incorporating Strength, Conditioning / Agility Skills / Balance and Challenges or Games making it Fun! We will be adding different themes as we move forward.
All Fitness Levels Welcome! There are always ways to modify for each individual child. Allowing them to work at their own level to feel good about themselves and what they are doing while being challenged. Safety is always our first priority!
