This pass is for first time athletes to tryout Red Zone Training and allow us to assess the prospective athlete, to see where they are physically and mentally, as well as the maturity level. Also it allows for you and your athlete as well as our staff an opportunity to see if training with us is a good fit.
Training sessions are 30-60 minutes, depending on the level of the athlete. Athletes will go through a preparatory phase to get the body ready for a real training program. During this time we will assess movements, balance, stability, strength and power of the athlete.
This pass is for first time clients only. If you have previously purchased this pass you cannot use purchase this pass for the same athlete again.
This is a 3 week pass that is activated on day of purchase.
Pass expires 21 days from purchase regardless of how many visits it says are remaining, so do not purchase until the day you are going to attend.
