Your free week begins on the first day you schedule a class.

As a courtesy to our trainers, please note that you must book a class a minimum of 10 hours before the class start time. All cancellations to a class must be made at least 1 hour prior to the start time of the class to avoid penalty. Any  'No Show' during the free week trail will result immediate loss of the remaining days.
