About My Training
I am certified in Systemic Family Constellation Facilitation through the International Systemic Constellations Association and have completed advanced workshops in Trauma-Informed Constellations and Ancestral Healing. With over 17 years of experience in holistic therapy, counselling support, and energy-based modalities, I integrate constellation work with a trauma-sensitive and heart-centred approach to create a safe, supportive space for transformation.

Family Constellation is a therapeutic method developed by Bert Hellinger that explores the unseen influences of family systems. Unresolved traumas, unspoken loyalties, and generational wounds can unconsciously affect how we feel, relate, and live. Through constellation work, these hidden patterns are revealed and gently restructured to bring balance and freedom.
