Yoga for Seniors: This is an exclusive 6-week session and is limited to twelve (12) participants.

The class will begin with breathing/centering exercises seated in a chair. Cues will be given to align breath with movement. Yoga poses adapted to the chair provide opportunities for gentle stretching. Some standing poses will be introduced to increase strength and balance, with the option to hold on to the back of the chair or remain seated. The class will move at a relaxed pace and is a great practice for beginner practitioners or students who’d like more support.
