SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING. In-person personal training at a fraction of the price of one-to-one training. If you are on a budget and looking for a training option that allows for one-to-one time with a personal trainer, consider small group training.

Sessions are 45-minutes with a maximum of 3-participants allowing for lots of personal cueing and attention.
