Similar to the bite-sized 12 minutes of movement content you've seen on my social media and website, these videos will guide you through approximately 6 exercises daily, each session lasting around 12 minutes.

The 12 minutes of movement exercises are designed to be low-impact, encompassing elements of strengthening, lengthening, and stabilization.

*Do I Need Prior Experience?*
Absolutely not! All the 12 minutes of movement exercises draw inspiration from Pilates principles and adhere to basic biomechanics. You don't require any prior experience or specific fitness levels.

- Cost: $31.00 per participant ($1.00 per 12-minute movement video)
- Download the Achieve App (by Wellness Living) and log in to your MNDFL account.
- Access the 12 Minutes of Movement Challenge in your video tab.

*Included:*
- 31 guided 12-minute movement sessions for the entire month (with the second month free).

*What You'll Need:*
1. Yoga or Pilates Mat.
2. 12" Mini Stability Ball (or a similar alternative).
3. Light Weights or Toning Balls (1-3 pounds).
4. Medium Tension Exercise Band.
5. A Throw Pillow, Bath Towel, and Tea Towel.
