This class is virtual, on demand (you will receive an email link and password each week for each practice). Access is available for 5 days for each practice. Classes are 45 minutes and sessions run for 6 weeks.
Create a quiet, calm space for this practice. Set up directions are explained in each video. Wear comfortable clothing, and have lots of props as needed to make yourself comfortable. Each practice begins with some gentle movements prior to settling down for guided meditation. You will be guided through a 30 minute Integrative Amrit Method Yoga Nidra Practice, with each practice having a specific focus. You will end this practice restored, rejuvenated, and ready to face the day (or night)!
