My teaching style offers students the opportunity to settle the mind and collect the attention around a felt sensory experience. Using a blend of classic yoga postures and functional movement patterns, each class integrates stability, mobility, strength, and flexibility. My intention is to create a space that allows you to surrender the pressure to perform, and instead access an inward-focused curiosity through your yoga practice.
