Meet, kohrBUMP Move, our 6-week pregnancy safe exercise class package. Very similar to our prenatal course, kohrBUMP Move, is  is designed to help people prepare for labor, delivery, and the postnatal period through our customized movement classes.

We wanted to help keep you moving over the summer months. We're kicking off weekly classes starting July 5th and ending on August 9th. Spaces are limited as we are only accepting 10 participants and we're already halfway there.

Since our physical location is under construction, we will be hosting classes virtually via Zoom which means you can tune in from anywhere.

Join us, Tuesday's at 6 pm for a 45-minute exercise class guided by Emily Seaman, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.
