The #BESTHOUR Flight Club Series
Access to 6 any fight club classes (100, 200 or 300), must be used within 10 weeks. Fight Club series (100, 200, 300 or 400) each have 6 classes in each series. Kickboxers should complete each series in order, starting with the Fight Club 100 series.
Move the bags to the side, Fight Club is your fun introduction to advance partner drills. We will teach you how to use your new shin guards as protective gear as we practice landing strikes and kicks to a moving target, in a safe environment that will allow you to focus on your focus and technique. This is not an MMA class, no aggressive fighting in allowed.

Prior kickboxing experience is required. We recommend students complete a minimum of 15 kickboxing classes before registering for this class.
Each Fight Club Series (100, 200 & 300) is 6 classes. Clients will start with Fight Club 100, then move on to Fight Club 200 & Fight Club 300.
Shin Guards are required and are available in the Pro Shop for $40.00. Flight Club 200 & 300 requires a mouth guard which can be purchased at any sporting good store or Amazon. Please understand this is an advanced series with a very small number of kickboxers. No refunds will be offered.
Minimum age is 16 and older.
Build your Confidence!
In every class of fight club, you will learn and grow as a person as well as a Kickboxer. As you lock down your techniques your Confidence will skyrocket. Not only are we going to work your technique, but you are also going to burn a ton of calories and build strength. At the end of every fight club session, you are going to feel like a badass! As you become a kickboxing beast, you will have confidence in your skills but more importantly, in yourself.

We use the word champion a lot in our studio, but what does that mean? Being a champion is a state of mind. It’s about the positive winning mentality, about having discipline, about work ethic, and it is about discipline, focus, and growth! In this 6 week course, we will build on all these things it takes to become a champion! Everyone has a champion inside of them waiting for the key to unlock it. I am focused on bringing your inner champion to the surface and letting it shine!
Increase your Speed and Agility!
Fight club is functional fitness, not only will you look great, but you will be working the muscles you use every day, to perform at a higher level in everything you do in your day! Working with your partner will challenge your speed and agility to catch and perform combos together, getting faster and more agile with every class. In every fight club session, we will be working on movement and footwork. The better your movement and footwork the faster and more capable you will be!
Increase your Focus, Reaction Time, and Deductive Reasoning.
In every fight club session, you will be learning to focus like a Champion! It includes focusing on your combinations, focusing on your partner, and focusing on landing your strikes and kicks, perfectly. When you develop your focus anything is possible! Working with your partner your reaction time will get better with every drill. Being fast isn't just about your ability to move, it's also your ability to recognize when you should move!
Improve your balance!
As we age, we don't do as many activities to improve our balance. Week after week the footwork we do in class will give you balance like spiderman! Fighting is all about keeping your balance no matter what. Can you stand on one leg? Can you hop on one leg? Well after these classes you will be able to kick, block and move and stay balanced the whole time!
