•       Lockers are rented only on an automatic renewal annually - $55.00/year
• Pulse Generator supplied locks must be used on the locker.  
• You may choose your preferred locker number by filling out the Locker Request Form, but it is not guaranteed.  You will receive a confirmation email with your locker number and combination.  Please allow 5 business days for the transaction to be complete.
• Lockers are non- refundable and non- transferable
