Mindful Minds is designed to help children from ages 7 to 12 years old be aware of their thoughts, to regulate their feelings, enabling more control of their behaviors, moods, and self-esteem. Teaching students how to live mindfully, managing their personal distractions, stresses, and fears.
There are three levels to this program, the program is 12-weeks long. The goal is to integrate a mindfulness routine and practice into the student's lifestyle.
It takes 21-days to create a habit and 67 days for that habit to become automatic behavior. After our 84-day program, our goal is for your child to have these mindfulness practices to self-control and regulate, integrated into their lifestyles, enabling them to self-cop independently with their personal distractions, stresses, and worries.
Each level includes four 45-minute weekly virtual classes on Tuesdays, recorded meditations, mindfulness tools & practices, a journal, and a classroom that honors children for being the individuals they are.
There will be two breaks in this program.
December 22nd, 2022 - January 2nd, 2023
January 26th, 2023 - February 6th, 2023
During these two weeks, students are encouraged to practice independently.
