Our Guided Coaching Membership offers you a training program from our Advantage Strength coaches, and the freedom to complete your training on your own time. Depending on your training schedule, we create a 2, 3, or 4 day per week program for you to complete each month. This is an affordable way to get a great training program without working directly with a coach. We will walk you through your workout to ensure you have the proper information, then you can work on your own schedule for the month. Of course, the Advantage staff will be around if you have any questions. This is a perfect option for those who know their way around the gym and just need some guidance with programming.
