An hour of boot camp, aimed to sculpt your body and get rid of those unpleasant bulges. We mix it up, so each session delivers variety and results. It is a fun high energy class with music pumping in the background while we challenge your body to get fit. The class is for all fitness levels ranging from first-timers to fitness competitors; all are very supportive and encouraging with each other. The workouts can be increased or decreased according to your ability with each person exercising at their own fitness level. The class is mainly run in circuits and we use a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, Bosu balls, undulation ropes, and more.. We have had great success in helping our participants achieve their goals along their fitness journey.
