Contract Duration and Automatic Renewal: This contract will automatically renew in a month to month basis for subsequent months, unless cancelled by either with e-mail notification of 30 days in advance of the next auto renewal, or by Pure Pilates.The Pure Pilates reserves the right to cancel this contract and the auto-renewal at any time before and after the minimum term. At the end of the minimum term if there is an increase of the rate, The Pure Pilates will notify the client, who will have the option to cancel the auto-renewal for the new period.Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: agrees to pay Pure Pilates monthly recurring fees as follows: $199 via Client authorized automatic credit card. Please read and sign below.(a) I agree to purchase the maximum 20 classes a month for $199.00, as an automatic charge to my credit card, each month and subsequent auto renews(b) I understand each month I will receive a maximum of 20 classes to be used within 1 month and that unused classes will NOT rollover to the following month, nor the expiration date will be extended.(c) I understand I will have the option to buy additional classes for a discounted rate referent to the membership.(d) I understand that I am paying for services and not for specific instructors, therefore I agree that classes and instructors are subject to change from time to time.(e) I understand that if I default on my monthly payments I will have no rights for the unused classes during that period.(f) I understand all the terms of this agreement are binding and none of these terms will be excused nor waived in any circumstance.Freeze your AutoPay: You may elect to freeze your auto pay charges twice per year for a maximum time of 30 consecutive days, each time according to the policy below: . To freeze your auto pay, a request must be submitted in writing to info@purepilateslaguna.com, at least 30 days in advance in order for your request to be effective The freeze is then activated for up to 30 consecutive days. Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly auto-renew will automatically be reactivated.
