If you are new to the practice, tend to stick to warm/hot yoga classes, and shy away from Vinyasa Yoga classes because you're not sure what that word “vinyasa” even means or it seems intimidating, then we have something for you!!!!
Introducing the “What is in a VINYASA” workshop with Dana. We will work to strengthen the shoulders, core and legs to progress toward the full vinyasa sequence from chaturanga - up dog - down dog. We will learn to refine the alignment with a full practice, as well as variations of walk up, jump up, and float up to the feet. Dana will also give you exercises to take home to work on strengthening the body. If time allows, you will also learn elements from Sun Salutation B (Chair and Warrior poses).
