New to Pole & Exotic Dance? This class is for our brand new baby polers (never touched a pole in your life sorta thing) or for those who have never done any kind of sensual or exotic movement and would like to see what its all about.

In this 1.5 hour intro class, students will have fun learning a few beginner spins, as well as some basic pole choreography, flexibility training and pole conditioning which will segway into learning basic exotic flow movement using the pole and some beginner floor work such as back rolls and other sensual floor flow tricks!
