Get fit for the summer or train for the Dragonfly Paddle & Fitness Paddle Palooza team at CBEC on July 13th. Training begins June 4th and continues on each Tuesday at 6:30pm (Kent Island Yacht Club) for the six weeks leading up to the event. Each session will focus on building cardio endurance, paddle techniques and strength drills. Paddlers of all experience levels are welcome including beginners.
Six weeks of training, equipment provided and a paddleboard reserved for you the day of the event. $139 (Race registration is additional and paid directly to CBEC)
