Designed for all types of bodies.  You are guided on a flow of moments  that will sculpt tone and make you feel amazing all with less than an hour.   It never gets easy ,but you are able to see your progress which is important.  Yes it has some dance,  Pilates  and just simple everyday moves you have done since you were a kid .

Teacher training on barre 360  is one day of the class and all the fun facts then  2 full days  , with a follow up of your class to Complete your training . So you can share the barre 360 program with others .
