With the recent events 2020 brought, we have taken our workout online and at the Park!
Our 3 Week Fitness Program requires participants to participate in a minimum of 4 Barre classes a week (your choice - online and/or at the park). 1 Zoom Team Meetup a week, and to follow a nutrition program which focuses on high quality ingredients, whole foods, being mindful of decreasing sugars, flour and alcohol. Nutrition tips, meals are suggested, however it is up to the participant to choose their desired meal plan for the 3 weeks. It is suggested to have a plan that is sustainable for longevity, not a quick fix - those only create for setbacks. Participants receive an exclusive Bootcamp tank top at the awards celebration evening, (depending on current pandemic restrictions). Our Bootcamp Celebration will be Zoomed for those at home. Our 5 year Bootcamp results show participants lose on an average of 8 inches and 3-5 lbs.
Would you like to do our Barre Bootcamp in the comforts of your own home? Well now you can! Yes, that's right, you do not have to step foot into our studio, you can participate 100% at your home! We conduct measurements through Zoom, Face Time, etc. Our workouts are streamed using the Facebook platform (our private group), which are replayable workouts at your convenience. So even if our scheduled classes don't meet your needs, you can replay our workouts anytime. We also conduct weekly Zoom check-ins with our group. Participants will be teamed up with other Bootcampers to help keep all accountable and reach desired goals. Tank tops will be mailed to those out of town.

It only takes 3 weeks to create news habits, and you owe yourself the chance to take this time for you! Because you deserve to feel better physically, emotionally, and mentally!
