Terms

This agreement is for one month.
The month cannot be put on hold
There are no refunds for any unused sessions
Pre-registration is required for all group classes during the month of your membership.
You agree to pay a $40 no show fee in addition to your month for any no shows or late cancellations (within 12 hours prior to the scheduled class)
MEMBERSHIP IS SPECIFICALLY FOR ONE INDIVIDUAL USER AND CANNOT BE SHARED.
