This block of 5 classes is designed to get you creating a mindfulness practice of your own to positively impact your home/work life and relationships. You will explore a variety of meditation styles using the breath, gentle movement, sound and imagery. The course will explore meditation and mindfulness techniques in more depth, giving you the tools to integrate mindfulness practice into your everyday life.
The course is suitable for mixed group beginners/more experienced who want to practice group meditation.
