Description
This class pass is good for the 4-Week series Meditation for Beginners.
This series is designed for people who are curious about meditation and starting their own practice. In this experiential class, we will define meditation & mindfullness, we will learn about the benefits of meditation, and explore and practice various meditation and mindfulness techniques. At the end of each class, you will receive practical ways to apply these techniques to your every day life.
This class series will meet on the following Mondays 6:30pm- 8:00pm:

In case you need to miss a class in this series, you are welcome to make up that class the next time this series is offered.
This series will be led by Lauri Ingram, a Mindfulness Advocate and Julie Bailis, a Yin Yoga and Mindfulness teacher (Level II Mindfulness Immersion from the Josh Summers School of Yin Yoga).
