In this introductory Reiki I class, the Divine healing channel is opened and amplified, deepening your connection to Source and activating your natural ability to self-heal.

Held in an intimate setting—either one-on-one or with no more than three students—this 2.5-hour session includes the Reiki attunement, as well as foundational teachings.

You will learn how to activate and work with the flow of healing energy, explore the chakra system and its functions, and discover how to guide Divine energy to support physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.
