60-Minute Large Group Reformer, Yoga, or Mat Pilates Training Session (4+ Participants)

Bring your friends, family, or colleagues together for a motivating 60-minute large group session led by a certified instructor. Each session is customized to your group’s needs and experience level—choose from Reformer Pilates (on our Merrithew STOTT Pilates Reformers), Yoga, or Mat Pilates for a fun and energizing group experience.

What’s Included:
One hour of expert instruction for your group
Your choice of Reformer Pilates (up to 7 participants), Yoga, or Mat Pilates (up to 28 participants)
Customized programming to suit your group’s goals and abilities
Use of studio equipment in our welcoming, supportive environment
Personalized feedback and guidance from a certified instructor

Group Size:
Reformer Pilates: Maximum 7 participants (using our Merrithew STOTT Pilates Reformers)
Yoga & Mat Pilates: Maximum 28 participants

Scheduling Details:
Available Times: Large group sessions can be scheduled on both weekdays and weekends between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM.

Booking Process: All sessions are initially booked for 1:00 PM. As each time slot is filled, the next available hour will open up (e.g., if 1:00 PM is booked, the next available session will be at 2:00 PM, and so on).

How to Book: Reserve your session through our online platform. The system will display the next available time slot for booking.

Cancellation Policy for Large Group Sessions
48-Hour Notice Required: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel. Cancellations with less notice will result in forfeiture of the session, with no refunds or exchanges.
No Exceptions: This policy ensures fairness for all clients and respects the dedicated time of our instructors.

Manage Online: Bookings and rescheduling can be managed through our online platform.
