What's My Approach?
I am an Integrative Nutrition Coach. My training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition covered a variety of subjects in nutrition science, lifestyle, and functional medicine. Integrative nutrition is way more than just food.
My approach to coaching recognizes that there is more to your health than food. You also need to feed your soul, foster positive relationships, create a fulfilling career, and find joy and purpose.

How do I choose?
Single sessions are great if you need information on a specific topic or question? Want to brainstorm a particular challenge, or maybe you’d like help creating a template for family meal planning? We can bang that out together in an hour.
Bi-weekly coaching sessions are perfect when you’re ready to set one or more goals and begin making meaningful changes. We’ll meet bi-weekly for accountability sessions where we discuss your progress and strategies to stay on track with your goals.
Weekly coaching sessions keep your goals and strategies front of mind and provide regular high-level support. If getting started with lifestyle change has been difficult, you’ve recently undergone or anticipate a major life transition, or are ready to take more control over healthy lifestyle change, weekly sessions provide regular accountability, resources, and information.
Ready to Get Started?
The first step in a coaching relationship is a health history. This form helps me understand your current health and concerns.
You can fill out your health history form online or download it and email it to me. I'm happy to provide a hard copy if you'd prefer to print it and write in your answers. It will take you about 20-30 minutes. Don't overthink it.
Once you complete your health history, we’ll schedule a time to meet and discuss it. We can also use that time to decide if/when/how you'd like to proceed with a coaching relationship.
All information will be kept completely confidential.
