Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a table-assisted, practitioner-led system of assisted stretching that targets the body's fascial network, the connective tissue surrounding muscles, bones, and joints. By using gentle traction and oscillation to move the client through a series of dynamic, supported stretches, FST aims to release fascial adhesions, improve joint mobility, enhance overall flexibility, reduce pain, and improve the nervous system's response to the stretched tissues.  Sessions are 60 minutes long.
