For new students that are unsure if they meet the physical reequipments to enter the In-Person Practice program.   Booking this 20 minute assessment to evaluate your readiness for the In-Person School program. The teacher will perform common muscle and ligament stress test, test your awareness of your core muscles, and review you intake forms to insure that on-going regular Classical Pilates training in the In-Person School model is safe for your body.
