Using warm ayurvedic oils, this massage targets problem areas on the back, neck and shoulders, including the head, neck and face. It reduces tension and pain that could be built up in the shoulder area due to stress or desk work, and lower back area due to compression from standing or sitting for long periods of time.  Stretching helps to relieve the tension further, as well as the use of marma points of the face.
