This is not your typical gym membership where you pay for it and don’t show up. We are here waiting for you with everything all set up and ready to train. You should be out in 30 minutes or less.

• InBody Reading 1x/Month

• Strength & Body Comp Analysis 1x/Quarter

Scheduling
For scheduling, it is recommended we book your spot for you each week as a standing slot that belongs to you. No other customers can book this spot. This is for commitment and consistency. Without this, results are sporadic.  

You can schedule on your own from the EverStrongSF mobile app in both the iOS App store and the Android Play store. Rescheduling can be done by emailing info@everstrongsf.com, from our site or from our mobile apps.

Membership Policy

Strength Training is most effective when you regularly and consistently show up on time for your appointments and give a high level of effort. Our membership and autopay program is designed with this in mind.

For best results, you should plan to complete your sessions each month. This membership is annual, billed monthly, and gets you 104 workouts a year. You can make up missed sessions any time during your annual membership period. If you do more than 104 sessions within a year, please expect to be charged for any sessions received above what's included in the membership. There are no contracts and EverStrongSF will happily change your membership type as needed.

No shows or sessions canceled with 12 or less hours notice will be forfeited regardless of the reason. Spots are limited and if you don’t show up it also means other clients aren't able to book in your spot. EverStrongSF doesn’t waive this fee if you should ever cancel late or forget your appointment.

There are no contracts and you may change or cancel your plan by giving at least 48 hours notice before the 1st day of each month.  A $50 late cancellation fee will be applied if requesting a refund due to canceling your membership late (to cover our time and credit card fees).

If you late cancel or no show 3 consecutive appointments, EverStrongSF reserves the right to cancel all your upcoming appointments and membership and offer your time to other clients.

Under no circumstances will EverStrongSF prorate monthly autopay amounts. It's your responsibility to schedule missed sessions within the allotted 2 month rollover period. You can always pause your membership and schedule drop ins online for months when you're unable to attend all your workouts due to travel or other reasons.

EverStrongSF is a private facility and we keep it quiet so that you can focus on your results. We require all conversations not with a trainer to be had outside.
