[ How many sessions might I need for my desired outcome? ]
••• Clients usually need 3-12 sessions for good results, done 5-7 days apart, unless on a maintenance or extra gentle schedule, as each session builds on the previous sessions / outcomes.
••• We begin with sessions to establish a calm & balanced baseline, as this is the state from which each individual functions most optimally, mentally, emotionally, & physically. We then focus on the main concerns & intentions for that individual, with a focus on the priorities or most prevalent factors first.
