Yoga Shala's RYT 200 and RYT 300 Teacher Trainings are accredited with Yoga Alliance.

Prerequisite: Minimum of one year practice within Yoga Shala by means of studio classes and/or workshops for RYT 200 and minimum of two years of practice, one year with Yoga Shala by means of studio classes, workshops, and continuing education, and one year of teaching experience for RYT 300.

This training is reserved for students of Yoga Shala with a devoted practice; practicing asana weekly and engaging with our teacher sangha and community.
There are unlimited options for deepening one's yoga practice to include many teacher training offerings, in person, virtual, and hybrid. Self paced or in many instances, trainings offered in condensed weeks.

Yoga Shala offers a more traditional approach with an established teacher and student relationship, a sustainable training schedule to allow for integration of knowledge acquired, and a workload conducive to a stress free learning experience.

Our hope in offering such a training is to allow each teacher trainee to not only learn all about yoga from yoga history and philosophy to anatomy and biomechanics and beyond, but to integrate this knowledge into their every day lives, and to be able to teach from a place of personal experience and wisdom. Along the journey, teacher trainees can expect to create their own holistic experience, feeling fully supported and nurtured.
