Book your Introductory Training Session at Backology Center - Novi. In this 60-minute appointment, you'll meet with one of our certified trainers to assess your spine strength, discuss your goals, configure your personalized settings and conduct your first back & neck training sessions.

After completing your Introductory Training Session, we'll discuss and review with you the details of our 9-week, 18-session Strength Training Program. However, by booking this Intro Training Session, you are not under any further obligation to proceed with our Backology training.
